Being a native Texan, I have spent most of my adult life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and currently make my home in Heath, Texas with my husband and best friend, Mark.
I became a REALTOR after a highly successful career in territory sales throughout the state of Texas. I realize the importance of customer service and listening to, identifying and understanding the needs of my clients.
The background I have in residential development, general construction and remodeling, and home staging and marketing will compliment the home buying and selling experience immensely.
I love children, animals and nature and am always ready to offer "Southern Hospitality" to those I come in contact with. I am passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering, mentoring and offering assistance to others.
I am honored to be your real estate agent and be at your service.
Cheryl Hopper, also known as Chea (shay) began her real estate journey as a Realtor in 2007 and further pursued her career 3 years later becoming a Broker for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. She spent just over 5 years working with military families at home and abroad. Working in a military market means things can change at the drop of a dime, fast pace turnarounds, and high-pressure situations to get families situated. Being a “Military Brat” and Spouse herself, this suited her just fine. Her love of Real Estate is still present today after having relocated her own family right back here, to the great state of TX, after her husband’s early retirement in 2013.
She will be working with our very own Wendy Johnson and assisting our team as we grow to bigger endeavors. She brings to us her motivation in business management, marketing, contracting, and organization. She is a levelheaded, out of the box thinker, always striving to enhance the businesses long term goals.
Outside of the office she enjoys time with her family attending local concerts and plays, watching baseball, and running their lawn care company.
